Yes. We do not provide any food or beverage. You can bring your home cooked food and serve as long as its not sold publicly. Licensed and insured caterers are allowed to bring food for your event. Food must be pre-cooked before arriving onsite. No onsite cooking
Yes. As a BYOB establishment. Only Beer , wine and soft drinks are allowed but cannot be resold onsite to guests. A licensed and insured bartender is required if you choose to serve actual hard liquor and spirits. Venue staff will request a copy of the bartender company before Hard liquor and spirits will be allowed on our premises.
A security guard will be required for all evening events starting after 5:30pm for those serving Hard liquor.
Your setup time is part of your 6-hour time block to use the space. As any rental business we charge the moment the space is occupied and until it is vacated. There is no extra time for setup outside of the time block you have since we have 2 events in a day and have to make sure we have your event time taken care of as well as the other event to clean and sanitize the venue between events. Additional time may be available for purchase. Please inquire by contacting us.
Yes. You will return the space nice and clean as provided to you unless you opt for our cleaning package of $300. Please let your venue contact know you will like to add this service if interested. For weddings, we require the cleaning fee to be added so the married couple does not have to clean up after their wedding reception. Breakdown instructions will be provided to you in your final communication before your event.
No real candles due to fire hazard laws. No Confetti or glitter of any kind as it makes it very difficult to collect every single piece in time for our next event. And no Helium balloons in our locations due to high 13 feet ceilings. Deposit may be at risk if these items are used without venues knowledge.
We have two blocks of times on Saturday from 10:30am to 4:30pm and any 6 hours between 5:30pm to 1:30am (on Sundays we are a little more flexible with time slots). Any time requested outside of that range may require a full day buyout of our special of $1500 11am-2am since it cuts into the two blocks of time.
Yes. We do offer these services for many of our events. We do require you to first book the venue so your date is reserved then you can email thesevencrest@gmail.com to discuss any add ons
